5. WITHDRAW OF OUR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

At any moment you are able to unsubscribe from our membership program by following those steps:

• send an email to unsubscribe
• unsubscribe via the link on the newsletter bottom

 

In consequence you will no longer be informed of our newsletter or any other information.

 

6. DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Your subscription to our membership program will be valid as long as you do not unsubscribe or if you do not purchase any Cerruti 1881’s products during an uninterrupted period of 3 years

 

In case of unsubscription or non-purchase we will erase all your personal data in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy.

 

Finally, in the event of any fault from you we reserve the right to cancel your membership to the above-mentioned program.

 

7. MODIFICATION OF GENERAL TERMS OF USE

Cerruti 1881 reserves the right to modify its General Terms of Use by previously notifying members of any changes.

 

8. LIABILITY

The Point of Sale and/or the “Cerruti 1881” brand declines all liability, towards the Customer, in the event of non-compliance with these general conditions of use.

 

The Point of Sale and/or the “Cerruti 1881” brand reserve the right to take any action, including legal action, that they deem useful in the event of an erroneous or misleading declaration of abusive or fraudulent use of the loyalty program. In these cases, the Customer will lose the benefit of his membership.

 

In the context of the use of digital media by the Customer, the liability of the Point of Sale and the “Cerruti 1881” brand cannot be held liable for any inconveniences, delays and/or risks inherent to the use by the Customer. Internet customer such as, in particular, a suspension of the service, an intrusion or the presence of a computer virus, unless the said inconveniences, delays and/or risks are caused by the Point of Sale or the “Cerruti 1881” brand.

 

9. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

This membership policy and the conditions relating to additional benefits attached thereto are subject to the law of the country where the purchase was made. In the event of any procedure, the competent court will be the Court of Paris or the court where the purchase was made.

 

In the event of a dispute relating in particular to the interpretation, execution and/or resolution of the loyalty program and any of said additional benefits, the Customer is invited to first resolve the dispute amicably by contacting Cerruti 1881 at the coordinates indicated in article 9 of this document.
